"I hired Kings to come out and pressure wash my home. Before hiring, I asked about chemicals, my plants, etc.... I was told the plants would be fine and they would get even the soffit and gutters in my quoted price. The first appointment was cancelled due to “broken equipment,” so we set up a second appointment. He arrives to the house a little late and says his nozzle broke. I offered him to use my nozzle off of my personal pressure washer. He accepted and got busy. He was done with my 4200 sq ft in under an hour, and I came out to point out everything he missed. He touched up a couple spots and headed out. When walking out to check things over, again, the water dripping on my from my porch bleached out my brand new outfit. Additionally, his chemicals ruined my new railing, deck box, windows, front porch, glider, etc. I had even offered to move my porch furniture before he started and he assured me it would be fine! I immediately contacted him about all the damages and he has not returned my messages. I asked for a refund or for him to replace the damaged items, file insurance, try to make it right, and I have completely been blocked. I would NOT recommend him coming out to your home!!!!!! I had to hire a second company to fix all the mess he left and unfortunately cannot replace some of the damaged items. My $150 pressure washing has turned into a nightmare and they do not have your home in your best interest. **** EDITED TO UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONDED ***** Yes, you do. I have screen shots of all correspondence! It was last Monday and I have given you 8 days considering the holiday to make it right. Please do not pull that card - that is ridiculous. Absolutely disgraceful."

"We were very pleased with the power washing that was done on our house. I found them on Nextdoor. Messaged them and they were very quick to respond. Once an estimate was given they returned within a day to complete the job. Great job and super nice and experienced young man who completed the job."

"pressure washer was at my house from your company or this business yesterday. Seemed like a nice guy. He had to leave and told me he will be back because a piece of his equipment broke. He never returned and when my wife called seems like he must have blocked the number because all of a sudden its says number is not in service mean while we have calls and text messages from this number already. So I tried to call, someone did answered since it was a different number from my wife, I tried to explain who I was and ask if the person will be back and they hung up on me and now have since blocked me. idk if this company is a scam or bad business but until I receive news or a call back or anything decent to explain what happen, please please beware of this company."

"I was going to have an important party at my home on a short notice, and I was happy I got the quote and the service the same day I requested them! The owner was super responsive and walked me through the whole process. I was pretty satisfied with the price and the quality of the service. It really makes me feel a lot better, seeing my house so clean and brighter. Some of my guests even complemented my house. One of the guys is pretty cute too, very friendly! Would definitely recommend!"
